Tikit, part of the BT Group and leading provider of technology solutions for law and professional services firms, today announced that a new integration between The Link App and P4W, Tikit’s leading practice and case management application, will be launched in September.
This new integration will streamline law firm communications with its clients. The Link App, a mobile client communication app, has been integrated with Tikit’s Case Management solution. This provides a dedicated secure channel for communications related to a specific case to be shared with the client at the click of a button. This notification is sent straight from P4W to the client’s mobile phone. This improves the law firm’s efficiency and service offering but also gives the client a more professional experience.

With just a click of a button (or automated if firms prefer), lawyers are able to share important information related to the case with their clients. As the notification goes straight to the client’s mobile phone, in less than 30 seconds, the communication process is much slicker and more professional. We also pride ourselves on improving firms’ security at The Link App. The app is armed with 256-bit SSL data encryption to make sure data is secure.
The new integration will be officially launched in the autumn as part of the P4W 4.01-02 software release.
