Bolton-based property specialist Amity Law has chosen the Proclaim Practice Management solution from Eclipse, the Law Society Endorsed legal software provider.
Founded in 2005, the award-winning firm provides a modern alternative to traditional law firms. Amity Law specialises in conveyancing services and employs a team of leading legal property experts; who pride themselves on ensuring clients’ transactions go ahead as planned.
Amity Law sought to replace it’s incumbent system with a solution that would continue to facilitate excellent client satisfaction whilst increasing efficiencies and enabling the completion of business goals. The firm chose the Proclaim Conveyancing Practice Management system to automate administrative tasks and reduce the time taken to process each property transaction.
Efficiencies will be further enhanced through integrations with the Land Registry Business Gateway (LRBG) for property enquiries, and Legal Bricks – which allows conveyancing searches to be ordered directly from Proclaim.
The integrated Proclaim accounting and financial toolset will provide the Directors with live access to financial data and practice operations.
