Netlaw Media Statement in Relation to The British Legal Technology Forum 2020 in Light of the Coronavirus

COVID-19 Update – Netlaw Media continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation in relation to the British Legal Technology Forum 2020 (BLTF2020) and can confirm that the majority of the attendees (88%) are attending nationally from across the UK. The 12% of the attendees travelling from outside countries to BLTF2020 are flying from countries unaffected by travel bans.

Attendees who were due to fly from restricted countries have already informed us that they will not be in attendance.

Netlaw Media is following home office precautions and have put in place controls to help safeguard attendees and exhibitors at the event and have supplied sanitizing stations that will be readily available throughout the venue.

Currently there remains minimal impact on the event and we look forward to welcoming attendees to the British Legal Technology Forum on 10th March 2020.

It is our recommendation that:

  • People do not shake hands but rather nod their head or bow in greeting
  • Use the distributed sanitizers regularly
  • Please keep tissues on your person, and cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze (please note, Netlaw Media will also supply these onsite)
  • Put used tissues in the distributed bin immediately
